Owner is a sweetheart. Everyone always treats my family with kindness in this shop. We come here all the time. The quiche with the zucchini is amazing and the jelly cookies are very fresh on Sunday mornings. The Greenwich location is also great. In fact, I needed a cookie platter delivered on Greenwich Avenue and her son went out in the pouring rain to deliver it on time. Great addition to Westport.

This place is no joke! The owners and their visitors friends or family are actually from Italy. Only went for gelato but was astounded. Can’t wait to bring my mom to try the coffee.  Try the pistachio! Even if you don’t like pistachio you will love this one.

Terrible customer service , the workers need to be trained in attentiveness and knowledge of the process to provide quality service to customers . First time coming here and will not return. The food was also bland , the menu could use updating with special sauces or add ons for crepes .

It's a cute shop. They had a good selection desserts and some savory options. I'd definitely pay them a visit again

I experienced amazing and friendly service on opening night. Strawberry and blood orange was a great combo.

I was super happy to have a small nice looking Italian coffee in town. However, after three times trying I can say that this place has the worse service, they are super harsh to answer questions and not very friendly. Also, they do not let you use the bathroom and it's always locked so you have to ask them for the keys everytime you have to use it and they walk with you with the keys and wait until you finish.  The food and coffee are good quality but that doesn't cover the bad customer service they provide

Absolutely authentic Italian Café! Amazing food and atmosphere. The owner and master pastry chef served me herself! The espresso and most products are imported can't be beat. What a great taste!

This is the best gelato and sorbet I've had outside of Italy. Have you ever bitten into a ripe mango and thought "what could be better than this?". Well, I'm here to tell you that the mango sorbet is even more mango-ey than a ripe mango. I don't know how they do it, but it's the real deal!

I always buy Gelato and dessert from this shop in Greenwich. So I couldn't miss to get something here in westport, Gelato is still the best. Unfortunately the customer service is not good. The girl at the Gelato bar isn't friendly and let another customer cut my line since she saw that I was the next customer who supposed to be services. The other girl who worked there saw and apologized to me. I just feel sorry for the owner who make the best products for customers to enjoy but their stuff lack of service mind.

Excellent in every respect.  The value is high because the Gelato is what you would get in Florence.  Well crafted, creamy and smooth with flavors so veritas, they will astound even the most jaded.  Brings back my memorable trip to Italy just before COVID…  The pastries and coffee are commensurate as well.
