I have lived near la fiesta for well over 5 years. Sometime recently the management must have changed.  The food is decent food, the service is terrible.  Since new management, I have been charged 3-4 different prices for my same order,  all prices seem to have gone up considerably, Sergio the manager does not seem very customer oriented, profit seems more important than quality or service.  Last visit the hostess was notably sick while working, not a big deal to me, but fairly unhygienic for a restaurant.  They berate any deviation from their menu, changing a salsa on a house specialty blows a fuse in the ordering process. On my most recent order Sergio wanted to charge me 1.85 for a 4oz salsa,  which normally costs 1$, simply because it was not poured on my meal.... this is dishonest.  The salsa verde has the smell and taste of fermentation. Chip portions have been cut in half for to go orders, and the business model again seems to have gone away from offering quality, well priced, customer oriented dining experience, to more of a racquteering, profit being more important than people, service, quality, and the staff.   I still do business with la fiesta, but honestly with all of the inconsistencies with pricing and the food, I no longer trust them to charge me the advertised amount, or to make the food as ordered.  Double check behind everything unfortunately.

Arrived at the restaurant immediately was seated on a Friday night. Service was quick! Food was great!!

Always really good food and great service. I recommend getting the fiesta taco. It's amazing.

Food is great! Everything is made with fresh ingredients. You can taste the difference between La Fiesta and their competitors. Hands down best !!!

Food was good and it came out fast.  Price for two with one appitizer was $41.00.I believe that to be a fair price for the portion. The service staff is very friendly and habe excellent knowledge of the menu.
