I've been going to this LA for 3 years now. There are a lot of regulars who go to the location, and most are respectful and friendly. Music inside is not overpowering, and the layout is well equipped. Some stuff stays broken longer than I would like to see, but having worked for a gym I know the politics involved.

It is the better of LA Fitness locations I've visited. They could easily go to four and a half stars by simply repairing equipment within 2 business days and making their training staff enforce gym etiquette on the floor (i.e. put away weights, strip machines, remove cable accessories when done, etc.) Or use their downtime to clean up. Hint: In gym nomenclature "cleaning a machine" does not mean wiping it down.

Great looking facility. Much larger than others. I like the track upstairs overlooking everything. The movie room with cardio equipment is nice to.

I was a member several years ago. I distinctly recall the male staff members offering unsolicited spots to the attractive females. At this time they would then pitch their personal training services. It felt sleazy. I know because my girlfriend was one of them who was approached. I was a member for about two years and NOT one trainer ever approached me in the same way. If you like that environment this is the gym for you ladies! From an equipment standpoint: outdated, cramped poor use of space and over priced with high pressure sales tactics.

A nice gym with plenty of space. Nice track on third floor for indoor running. I wish the staff was a bit more friendly or engaged. They are often on their phones and look a bit bored.
