I went in to check the gym out... I wanted to visit it a couple times to see if I’d like it there. I had a online membership I was thinking of signing up for. I sat down and spoke with Samantha, she told me they could match the online price that I had... come to find out she couldn’t. So I asked if I could get a 3 day pass, she said she couldn’t give me the pass unless I signed up,for the membership that she was trying to sell me.... which was more than the online deal. I wouldn’t need the 3 day pass if I was joining. Terrible customer service.

Very inconsiderate !!! Unacceptable. Very often the room with the boxing bags is taken by LA Fitness staff training seminars, making it not available for paying clients. They don't even bother to let people know in advance. We are paying costumers and should be able to use the facilities. Do your corporate events somewhere else, where you don't take away from paying costumers !

It is a really nice facility and the price is not bad....... Unfortunately that is also it's downfall. I have never been here when it is not busy and waiting for machines/Equipment constantly is not much fun. I will be checking out other options in the area.

Great gym to get a good workout. It's usually packed in the evening. Friendly staff.

So I recently had my credit card comprised and had to order a new card, and haven't had a chance to update my information with LA since it was recent. Well I get a phone call from Emily who called me 3 times in less than 5 minutes and left me a voicemail. Poor customer service was provided, she sounded robotic and who calls someone 3 times in a row, in a less than 5 minute time span. Completely over board and huge lack of respect that people have careers and have things going on. Someone at the branch should really coach Emily on not stalk calling people, teach her to call and leave and message and have her call returned! smh
