Kind workers, friendly atmosphere! There is a great mix of both women and men of various builds and levels of fitness, so it's easy to feel comfortable. The trainers always make sure to check in on you! I actually look forward to coming to the gym, and I've already seen improvements. I'm going to start riding my bike to and from so that I can do my cardio before and after, and spend more time with the weights.

Nice gym.. but u have to go very early if u dont want to wait for your turn to use machines. By very early i mean 5-6am really!! Staff is really good and i like the post workout drinks that they offer here at this gym. They need to fix few equipments but rest is good.

Like most gyms, one must be there at a specific time of the day in order to take advantage of everything it has to offer. High usage and mass over crowding in the evenings make it difficult to maintain equipment and quite often you'll see a few out of service. People tend to not return weights and can be frustrating at times also.

There's really not much that can be said that hasn't been said already in all the one and two star reviews. This place is poorly managed and grossly unkept. It might sound like I'm exaggerating but to my judgement more than half of the machines need some sort of repairs; from missing weight indicators to just outright broken equipment. The folks who frequent this place seem to really not give a f***. Dumbbells, bars, plates and all kinds free-weights are strewn all over the floor and carelessly misplaced by patrons after they are done using them. The worst part is the smells, walk over to the opposite side of the entrance and you'll be in the free-weight section where you'll get the notion you're workout was next to an open sewer. You think I'm exaggerating; go ahead, be my guest and see if it's not true.

It's okay place needs wifi why no wifi when the ones in paisa town have them.
