This gym is the number one gym around! Super helpful and very knowledgeable. They treat you like you're already a member before you even sign up! They go over body fat percent and everything. If you come in ready to workout then you might even get to experience an intense workout with one of their trainers! Always clean, and everyone is motivated to get results! Really good environment to be in! Also they have a little spot that sells pre workout and protein shakes to get you ready for a great workout or recover from one. Also they have a sauna and pool, great for your skin and effective cardio for your heart. All the staff members are nice and respectful always willing to help. I definitely recommend stopping by if you're ready to change your life for the better! Whether it be to lose weight or relieve some stress La Fitness is the place for you.

I try to be kind in these reviews, but this I feel is the last straw. 

The management here is obviously trying to save money, and have cleaning staff roving around while you work out. This may not sound horrible, but I encourage you to attempt sets of squats and deadlifts with someone mopping the floor around you with strong chemicals. Or perhaps you enjoy someone vacuuming around you as you lie face down on a hamstring curl machine...

I get it, they have to keep the place clean but damn... do it when you are closed!!!

good place to work out. equipment seems well maintained and its not too crowded. could benefit from better weekend hours.

Gym is very spacious compared to other La Fitness locations in the area. Very rarely do I need to wait to use a piece of equipment and people (for the most part do not mind when I ask to work-in on what they are using). People ACTUALLY rerack their weights. I would have given them a 5-star but their basketball court needs some maintenance and upgrading.

Gym is good but never ever fall for personal training trap, it is merely 20 minutes for $45 plus they added sessions on your account which I never even attended, I did 3 sessions and account was charged for 9, it seems like whenever I went to gym they charged me for sessions, sometimes trainer will write exercises on the book and will charge you for sessions.. lol it is true.. so its just complete fraud. Plus before joining he will say oh you can get a refund if you don't like it. It is not true! they just want your money, just look around you will not find anyone doing personal training sessions with these guys.. because of the same reason. Every single word that director says is full of S***, otherwise, facility is nice
