I love this fitness club! I love the theater room, and the sauna! There is always available equipment. The staff is friendly. And I have no complaints. Everything we were looking for in a gym we found it right here!

Great facility/ Kind Staff 
Would NOT recommend the personal training sessions (1 session = 25min = $55-65). Not worth the value; especially if you're paying $30 a MONTH for full access throughout the gym during operating hours. More insight into the value: during my trial session, I witnessed a client and her mother share a session (25min), their Personal Trainer (PT) stood idly by and watched his/her clients perform workouts, occasionally adjusting their posture but mostly chatted about social/ personal life. My PT, however, though a very friendly guy, was more focused on selling me on signing up for PT sessions - I realized this more when he asked me if I was serious about my goals during the conversation. Though I understand he's just "doing his job" that tactic may not go over well with someone who has never been consistent working out. For me, it didn't phase me - for someone else, they may feel they have to dish out loads of money to reach their goals. I met my goals and maintained them before signing up ( I just really appreciated their gym included a sauna - terrible reason for joining a gym). One final note, although no contract is involved - it's definitely a hassle cancelling. I was told I could not cancel via phone or online - I must come in to speak with the Operations Manager (OM). The Operations Manager is available Monday - Friday/ 9 AM - 5 PM . When I arrived, I was then told he [OM] was busy watching ____ videos. He [front-desk attendant] offered an option to cancel via sending an email (which would take 2-3 business days).  I proceeded to tell the front-desk attendant to alert the manager, especially considering I left my job early to cancel this membership.  The OM finally came over and quickly handled the cancellation. Again, great facility - but I do not recommend the PT sessions.

No complaints about this gym. Lots of equipment and machines ready to be used. Staff is helpful and kind. I recommend this location as I do all other LA Fitness locations that i have been to.

I came here with my uncle as a guest and loved it. I wish there was one closer to me. Everything was clean and nice. I felt no judgement. The basketball court was nice except one of the hoops was broken.

Well, recent direct marketing said they have "state of the art" equipment. In the more than ten years I've been here, the equipment has been fairly maintained,  but I can't say state of the art. The equipment for the most part is what was here 10 years ago. Just sayin'...
