Very clean and friendly! Been coming for years! Cheyenne is probably one of the most delightful and friendly people I've met. She's such a warm hearted, kind young lady and just all around wonderful- she has got such a warm smile, and makes sure to say hi to me every morning. Would absolutely recommend her and this facility to anyone!! Thank you for being so open and friendly to your members and our community.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! All the machines are in great condition and the locker rooms are very clean. The facility has a pool, a hot tub, and lots of equipment. The GM Aaron is especially friendly and has made my experience at this gym enjoyable.

Broken machines every where, they don't seem to care about timeliness when it comes to repairing them. Two of the water fountains have been broken for almost 2 months, don't waste your money on this place. I was a member for almost 4 years but I can't handle their laziness and poor quality machines anymore.

Visited with a friend to play basketball and a light workout. He thought he had guest privileges but was wrong. So they allowed me to workout so long as I gave them my ID and phone number to run me for a new account. I already have a gym membership though, just wanted to workout with my buddy. Great facility from what I can see, people were pretty nice. Plenty of girls to guy ratio like that. The problem is that they refuse to stop calling me. I've declined twice and asked them to stop calling me TWICE. I work third shift and they've woken me up at least twice. They will not stop trying to sell you a membership. I already have the skinny on the pricing. It's way too expensive for the average Joe. Maintenance fee startup deposit plus regular monthly rate. It ends up being $750 a year or more. I'm good. I'm paying $400 a year for my Snap 24/7 Fitness membership, on no contract. Please stop calling!

I gave five stars based off of my enrollment experience alone. Aaron S. at the Crescent Springs location was extremely accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable! Such a friendly person willing to listen to your fitness goals and answer any questions you may have. Had such a great experience signing up today! I hope all the staff is as accomadating as Aaron!
