Came here due to close proximity of my home. Probably the filthiest, most poorly managed gym I'd ever had the displeasure of being a member of. After using the free weights, my hands would be literally brown from how dirty they were. No one here brings a towel or wipes their sweat off the benches and no one is re-racking weights. Just gross. There were never any lighter weight dumbbells around from 5-20 lbs. Machines were not maintained. I could go on and on. I cancelled after one month and got a membership at Planet Fitness instead for $5 to start and $10 a month.

It's a wonderful place to relax and spend a few hrs getting fit, there is zumba classes, spin, play racquetball, use the exercise machine, weight machines, yoga. Jacuzzi, steam room, pool. Private training at extra $$ . Get some shakes if you are hungry.

To Crowded to many cocky men and women. Staff was not helpfull at all. It looks like everyone that is there is trying to pickup. Machines don't work and the sauna is too too small!! Ill stick to my LBC and OC area!! Much nicer people and bigger area to Work out and No Room for arrogant.

Decent sized gym with adequate benches and machines. The air conditioning is non existent you will sweat alot in this gym :(

Never go here this gym is a real scam the machines are ok.i payed around 140 for my entire membership and 40 monthly for multi club. What exactly does my 40 dollars pay for absolutely nothing it costs more to have access to a personal trainer and honestly most of the trainers are beefed up guys who only talk to you if your a girl in tights.the time they close is also why this place is so horrible a gym closing at 8pm on a weekend and opening at 8am some people want to get a workout at 2am.i also tried making changes to my account for single club witch would only cost me around 25 a month but the manager told me I would have to pay 89 again to make that single change that's pretty much paying those 15 dollars in a one time payment.dont go here Invest in home equipment go out and run and ride a real bike you won't regret it
