My son and I called to get an idea of cost. We where given a price. When we got there we where greeted by a young women Pamela Brew, who told us that price was simply not true. No attempt at an apology at all. Then she proceeded to talk down to my son and I. She acted annoyed when we asked questions. I came fully prepared to join but felt so uncomfortable by the way we where treaded that we decided to not join. She took great pleasure in telling us it would take five too 7 business days for our money to be refunded. We called and asked for the general manager and where given too Eric. After explaining what happened to him. He offered no apology. Instead tried to justify what had happened by telling me that we should have been transferred to sales instead of given falls information. And that the person that answered the phone did not work for him directly. Never brought up how poorly we where treated by hid sales person Pamela. When I pointed that out too him and told him I have 30 plus years in customer service as a manager. He told me that he doesn't need me to critique him. Offered no apology of any kind. He said he's  been there for 8yrs and doing this for twenty.  
This place is terrible !!!!!! I refuse to give them my money!!!

This place could be so great if it was just managed properly. I go in the mornings and so it's never terribly crowded. I love my current trainer, Nuo Wei, and have really liked other trainers that I've worked with, Alex most recently. The management and cleanliness is the problem. Until very recently, the parking lot was always filthy, the bathrooms are frequently dirty, the paper towel dispensers are often empty and dirty paper towels can be found on the machines. The personal training area is always in disarray, I think less from the trainers and more from the members coming into that area and using and taking the equipment.  The fish rots from the head and from what I understand, the corporate office is not very together, so the gyms are not well run either. Too bad!! It's a great space. LA Fitness, get your sh!t together!!

It's an ok place to workout buy not ideal. There always seems to be important machines that are not working and takes them long to fix it there are not enough of important machines so it's tough a lot of times to get on the machine you want to. The crowd can be a little shady at times allowing people to play their own music while their music is playing is a little annoying

i love this gym, it's spacious not crowded, well it handles crowds very well and there is a diversification of equipment and classes. A must-go!

Not very well kept by staff, usually not even any soap to wash with. Pretty sure this gym only looks some what still new is because it is. Soon it will look run down
