Limit the equipment you can use. Much of their useful low weight exercise equipment is in the "Training Session" area, which you can't use unless you schedule a personal training appointment. No resistance bands. Only a few lanes in their non-Olympic size pool. Pretty limited facility.

Very convenient location and good hours, but overall it could be better. The men's locker room smells like mildew and body odor and is always about 115 degrees. Equipment is constantly dirty even at 5am. No towel service which is a pain and should be included at the cost of membership. Some equipment like kettlebells are locked up and only available for members who are using personal trainers. No idea what that is about. I waited to post this review after sending my concerns to management a few times, but nothing has been done about it, so I figured I would post here.

This place has really gone down hill. Weights are constantly not returned to racks. Dumb Bells are left all over the free weight floor. I've seen hundreds of pounds left on leg presses. The barbells for eight different bench presses have 1 set of clips for all of them. Machines break and aren't repaired for weeks. I'd avoid this place.

I'v been to several different gyms and chose LA because I needed the water aerobics. I only do the water  workout in the evenings and the water is always freezing. Everyone is constantly complaining and management are doing absolutely NOTHING!!! One of the staff at LA felt so sorry that she told us that Sport Fit down the street Therapy pool was kelped @90 degrees. The regular pool was warm also. Got a week trial and noticed  that  Sport Fit are geared toward water fitness. I wish I could give this place a zero.

Michael L.  The fitness sales specialist was energetic and welcoming.  It really set the tone for a great experience.  The gym is clean with tons of equipment to choose from.  Plenty of space and well maintained facility.  Definitely check this location out.
