General Manager (of Sales) was fantastic, gave me a great deal!  told me to call by a certain date to cancel (going back home to California).  called to cancel, manager (Michael) was extremely rude.  doesn't matter the reason why, he was just plain rude.

Of all the Southwest Florida LA Fitness center's, this is by far the best one.
Friendliest staff and they are continuously cleaning.  Its been almost a year and my opinion remains highly in favor.

BEWARE OF A RIP OFF!!!
 I CALLED IN FOR THIS SCHOOL ON THE 23RD OF THIS MONTH AT THE DAY OF CLASS . NOT ONLY REPRESENTATIVE  MISSPELLED MY NAME , MY PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL ADDRESS SHE ALSO MISLEAD ME ABOU THE POLICES AND THE CANCELLATION FEE. 
ON THE WAY TO THE CLASS I CALLED TO FIND OUT THAT I AM NOT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM. THEY HAD TO MANUALLY ENTER MY INFORMATION AND CHARGED MY CARD . AFTER THE CLASS THE SAME DAY I CALLED TO CANCEL ALL FUTURE CLASSES BECAUS ETHE LEVEL OF CHLORINE IS SO HIGH IN THE POOL THAT IT IS HARD TO BREATH, MY 9 YEAR OLD HAD HER EYES SO IRRITATED THAT I HAD TO GIVE HER TYLENOL FOR PAIN AND RINCE THE EYES WITH WATER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES. 
 SHE FELT BURNING ALMOST WHOLE NIGHT . 
  THE TRAINERS ARE GOOD, BUT THE WHOLE COMPANY TERRIBLE.
 THEY DID NOT CARE THAT I HAD TO CANCEL THE CLASS BECAUSE OF HEAL REASONS . THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE CLASS TO THE END OF THE MONTH AND ANOTHER $30.00 CANCELLATION FEE .

Extremely disrespectful staff that are absolutely clueless and have no idea how to be professional. A staff member named Hunter Holman is specifically inconsiderate of customer's time and value; really just shouldn't be working in any service involving people. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
