Gym is very well equipped and atmosphere is also very good but staff is not well trained. Customer service is at their worst. If your there to sign up than they will give you best customer service besides that they will not even respond you properly. I experienced the worst service ever when I had to go out the state and I called them to freeze my account for few months. They told me “it is frozen and it will become active when you come back in gym”. After two and half months I saw I am still getting charge full monthly amount so I gave them a call and told them what happen. They told me manager (Amy) will give me call back and I waited for three days. I called them back and told them everything again and again waited for manager (Amy) to give me call. I kept calling them for two weeks and finally I reached her. I told Amy (manager) about what happened and she said she cannot do anything about it. I end up paying full monthly payment even though did not even went to gym. I would suggest any other gym over this one. When they want you to join than they tells you everything you like to hear. They need well trained staff with good customer service.

when you go to join they are so nice after they take your money they don't care. it's always crowded, the jacuzzi is always broken, the pool has too much chemical my skin is always itchy when I come out of the pool. the staff at the front desk are always trying to push the sales. the sauna is never hot enough. if you try to workout you will never find a machine. they shouldn't sign any more members so people could be comfortable. as far as quality it's not so good because all they care about is money. personally I will never go there again. My advise to everyone is to get a one week pass to see what I'm talking about and that I'm not lying

Great selection of machines, really nice space, well lit. Big gym with sauna, pool and hot tub. Machines are in good condition. Lots of weights disorganized and laying out in the free weight section. Could have cleaner bathrooms as well.

Terrible. The staff doesn't even great you when they enter.... that's your job. And the weights are a mess. ive seen multiple ppl at the front desk doing nothing while maybe they should be re-racking weights. Don't waste your money or time here. Decent equipment, awful maintenance

Every bad review you see is absolutely correct. I used to be and employee for almost 2 years about a year ago I quit and signed up and YES the pools chemicals are ALWAYS off balance. The Ph balance is ALWAYS off . As a former employer I would let my superior know and they would say "we don't want to close it and upset anyone" so as a result , our members would get rashes, burns, one even reported of a yeast infection from the spa. It's also true that all they care about is your money. Nevermind there's probably 1000s of members at one gym- it's overly crowded- machines are always "scheduled for service" because they're broken. So what you've got is too many people and not enough equipment. Even the free weight section is so limited. My advice? Go spend 35$ on some at home free weights or sign up for a differnt brand entirely of gym. This one is a big mistake.
