Ate here for dinner. The meal was good, presentation was alright, but the facilities were not the most clean. Hand soap was missing and the place needed a good deep clean. However the staff were nice and food came out without too much of a delay. Would return again.

Steak fried rice was cold and not fresh with almost no steak. Lomo saltado was overcooked.  Chocolate cake that looked so good was hard and stale.  I carried out so I don't have a chance to request a refund.  This is the worst location for food quality.  Every other location has better food.
