Great Food and Service! Love the Texas Ranch Style atmosphere. Plus if you have a large group or family the seating is xtra roomy! Always enjoy eating here and my 2 young sons love the Kids menu hamburgers! We will be back.

Have been going to Hacienda Ranch since it first opened years ago. Hadn't been in several years and was there Sunday night and had the absolute worst experience that I will never go back.  From the moment we walked in and had a indifferent greeting from the hostess to being seated right near the kitchen where they were right in the middle of doing clean up in the whole reeked of fabuloso that it made our entire meal smell like cleaner. The food was even worse and that I found a foreign object in my Hacienda chicken plate, and trash in my water glass. All of us commented that the food quality has gone downhill and the entire experience was very disappointing..

I don't think this place will ever be what it once was and I predict if current management is not changed it won't be around much longer.

Ordered the Spanish style enchiladas. Sauce was pretty good, chicken tasted like leftover boiled chicken that got warmed up in the microwave. Rice was so-so. Grilled fresh veggies were perfectly grilled and seasoned. Food arrived at table quickly. Our waiter was very attentive.

The service was pretty slow and so was the restaurant so I'm not sure why. The food however was awesome as usual for this group of restaurants. Mariano's Hacienda is one of my favorite places to eat. Lucky La Hacienda Ranch in Colleyville did not disappoint. I'm excited to try the other location.

Truly wonderful Tex Mex, the queso is stellar. Not a small bowl either. Wonderful experience...great smoky Tex Mex flavors with   upscale cabin interior. We all ended up sharing family style! Huge plates!
