Hi! I am Dorthy Bello,

We are the new proud owners of Ja Jolla Florist. My life has taken me around the world and in my ventures of life I have seen the beauty in the floral industry and my passion was to provide unusual and beautiful work that makes s statement, uses creativity with added textures and accents that make it something clean and peaceful. We are starting out slowly to give the best value and creativity that one deserves.

I ordered a flower arrangement and a dozen of cupcakes to celebrate an employee's birthday. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!! I received multiple compliments as I walked from the front lobby to the office suite. The birthday girl was beside herself and my staff loved the cupcakes! I will continue to use La Jolla Florist for both quality of work, unique design and customer service. I wish the new owner and designer all the best!!!

I received a snack bouquet or whatever they think it was for valentine's day. My Mom lives in North Dakota now and wanted to send something nice.  It was very plain and looked like a cheap Easter basket.  I was very unimpressed with this service. Coming from lajolla I would have expected the gift basket to at least look like one of the pictures on their site. She could have got a basket from CVS on clearance that would have been better!  In the cheap basket I received a can of stax lays potato chips, toasty peanut butter crackers, chocolate wafers, artisan rolled wafers, and a few Russell stover caramel candies. I still thanked my mom for the gift but shame on you lajolla florist for allowing this thing to even go out the door. Not to mention the basket had one red ribbon on it to hold it together at the top that barely held on. Now that I have seen your gift baskets I wouldn't dare to ask for flowers from you. My wife would prob leave me from the embarrassment at the office. You only got one star so I could make a comment.
