Phenomenal food and attentive staff! Stuffed flounder was huge... Beef tenderloin could be cut with a fork. Very expensive but worth every penny.

THE place to eat in Leesburg! Great food, great decor, the owner is a polyglot and it makes you feel like you are visiting an old friend

My husband and I have been here twice now. It has become our new favorite restaurant and is worth the drive (we live in Fairfax). The owner is so friendly and very passionate about his food. The first time we went he suggested making the calamari a different way for us and my husband almost decided to stick with the original version. The man was so passionate about the alternative that I told my husband to give it a try. I have learned from experience that anyone who can talk about food like that should be listened to...it was the best calamari we have ever had. The second time we went (several weeks later) the owner recognized us and said he'd get us our calamari! Each day there is something new on the menu, so there is always something new to try. The French onion soup is also the best I've ever had. So far I've only tried one dessert...it was amazing! The atmosphere is also really pleasant. The only thing to keep in mind is that the food and service are so good that it's easy to have it be a bit of a splurge. It is possible to spend less and eat well there...but the food is so good and the owner is so nice that we always find ourselves trying several new items and we always tip well. I highly recommend this place!
