I went to t La Luz bakery around 1 today and got the tamales. Normally their tamales are amazing but today they were not fully cooked. I'm very disappointed in them. I will no longer be buying from them.

There products are tasty but the staff has no customer etiquette what so ever. They have messed up my order twice! They forgot to bag a slice of cake with the rest of my order because of their chitter chatter. I called once i got home and realized, they didnt even apologize. My husband went in the next day to claim the piece and a rude cashier refused to replace the slice because he didnt have a reciept. All over a $2 piece of cake. I would suggest to shop at Yelis bakery down the rode. Much nicer staff and family owned.
