Just okay. The americano we ordered tasted like drip coffee.  The potato cake we had with our breakfast was delicious.

Yum yum. Casual dining cafe style with excellent food. Kids meals are quality goodness. Veggie soup is delish   Good coffee. Lots of tables. Nice place to spend the morning with your family or your laptop catching up on emails while enjoying good coffee.

The service and atmosphere are fine. It's a pleasant chain. I do like their catering meals quite a bit.

Love the potato pancakes (galettes?). I used to go here 5 years ago when I worked in Bethesda. Upon returning I was happy to find it's still open and delicious. Great casual spot for good food!

This particular location has a serious problem with never seeming to have HOT coffee. In general, La Mad has very, very good coffee. But for some reason, this one always has it just over lukewarm instead of piping hot. When the people at the next table heard me complain, they confirmed the same experience.  Otherwise, same food as at all La Mads-- good croque Monsieur, omelets pretty decent. Wish they could maintain hot coffee throughout the morning!
