I recently order parts for a friends old AV receiver. They shipped promptly.
There was a problem with one item. Customer support was helpful and resolution was easy. I am very pleased with La Mesa and will order again from them.

I called to ask if they could fix my 55" Bravia (it has a cracked screen).
"Of course we can", she said. "But you would really be better off buying a new tv, as it will cost about the same".
Honesty.
THAT goes a long way with me.

He's a wizard!  Fixed my $1000 TV for $60.  It works great.  I will bring any TV to the wizard before I call it dead.  A+++
