Moderate service, I didnt have any issues like the rest of the reviewers. However, I did notice there was a lack in agua fresca variety compared to other michoacana's. In addition, they didn't have chocobanana's at the time I visited :. Overall, it was clean inside, lots of icecream to choose from, colorful interior/seating, restroom available and large snack options. Just unfortunatley wasn't able to get what I personally wanted.

Great new look, tasty food and drinks, reasonably priced, bilingual customer service. Really enjoyed and I am new regular customer.

Great place to grab a delicious snack or some Agua fresca, the service was excellent and the prices are good too, they prepare everything with care ang give you big portions, 100% recommended

Loved it....! Came in for a smoothie just to have a look around and end up getting the smoothie and two large cups of ice cream and it was one of the best I've had. 10 out of 10. Nothings cheap any more....

worst customer service we arrived and the girl who is working there was angry and treated us horrible I asked her for a strawberry water and she made faces at me we asked for a chicharrón preparado and my boyfriend did not want so much cabbage and He was trying to get her attention and she pretended not to listen and I had to almost yell sorry, he's talking to you, and in the end we asked for a horchata water and we asked for it without ice and he told us well I can't remove the ice because it already comes with it my boyfriend wanted to leave all the things there just because I let him out but what a horrible person, if you don't like working or you had a bad day it's not my problem, I like to be treated with respect, because we are also paying, she is not giving us the food for free and the worst of all is that I find a comment with the photo and I think was the same girl also saying bad things,  just because I can't give less one star to this place, but next time look at the kind of people they hire at least hire someone that likes to work

The place and staff very friendly. The ice cream flavors delicious.

I visited this place yesterday the service was kind a slow but they have good attitude i also bought a chip fill of air with almost no chips i side well good luck guys i keep you update with this

Good ice cream and service. The menu is confusing, difficult to navigate, and incomplete.

Came in with friends we walked in and nobody welcomed us we notice a older lady she was cutting some fruit and when we starting looking at the options she later on asked how she can help us and we ordered our food and the older lady who help us was nice and once we were all done and paid we sat down in a booth and we start trying the food and a group of teens we trying to come in and and another lady yelled we're closed and she was still cashing out another group of people and when she finished she yelled "Estamos Cerrados" we're closed on spanish we all looked at each other and we just started getting out stuff and headed out she could have at least told us hey we're closing soon if you can start heading out that would be appreciated or something along those lines lady in the picture is the one who yelled at us

Decent ice cream. Good price.
