This place is incredible!! I've been coming here since they opened and it's always been just as good as before. I bought ice cream, popsicles, food, and milkshakes here, they are all so yummy! I ate the whole entire thing of Esquite/corn. It was so good I devoured it so fast, so as the milkshake. They give you such a good amount of ice cream it's ridiculously so well priced on it!!! I love all the workers here and everything else about this place. Stay forever here, we love you!

Coffee flavor pictured. It was delicious with chunks of something. Mostly Spanish speaking but someone can help with flavors. I’d return to try more!

It was l very underwhelming, especially for what they charge. It was hard to understand the menu and no prices were listed anywhere. On top of that, it was very hard to communicate we don't speak fluent Spanish, sorry. With those issues, you might be in for small surprise when they ring you up. We both got 2 scoops, in small cups.  They charged us 15.50. On top of that, the ice cream just wasn't that good. I am all for supporting local small busonesses, but I can't really recommend this place at all.

Do not recommend this place. The fresas con crema box was expired and we were charged more on our card than what we were told the total was. Only positive thing to say about this place is that the employees are nice.Food: 1/5

This is a great place to go for ice cream. They make their own ice cream & it is delicious. It's definitely my favorite place and a must try.

Excellent ice cream! I sampled a few and ended up getting the coffee flavor. It's really good.

This ice cream shop is the best, very friendly staff and the most delicious flavors of frozen dessert you can crave for, it can become addictive. I have friends that I have sent there and they feel the same way. You will not be disappointed.

We came here and even though the menu was all in Spanish the lady was kind and helped us. The portions were very generous and flavors were delicious.

Had a wonderful first visit at Monarca! The person taking orders was super-helpful and answered all of our questions about flavors of ice cream we had never tried. She gave us some recommendations and indulged our quest for the ice cream that would probably be strangest and also tastiest for our palates. And the ice cream was wonderfully dense and full of flavor. There are tons of choices, so we will definitely be back. And the prices are great! All in all, it was a great capstone to our summer quest to eat at every ice cream shop in Greensboro!

Great ice cream! I've been here many times and should have left a review ages ago. This place has many interesting flavors of ice cream/fruit sorbet to choose from. The prices are a little pricey $3 a scoop and $6 for 2 scoops. It makes for a nice treat every now and again. Good service too!
