I had heard nothing but great things about this restaurant and I’m happy to say that my experience at La Palma certainly lived up to the hype. The service was impeccable from the moment we walked into the restaurant to the time we left. Although we had one dedicated waitress, the other servers were always eager to help us with anything that we needed, which was most appreciated. The menu is definitely pricey ($20 for a 6oz glass of wine and none of the main dishes come with a complimentary side) but the meal is certainly worth it. We ordered the lamb, flatiron steak, broccolini and kale & collard greens, and everything was absolutely AMAZING. I would definitely return to La Palma to try some of their other delicious dishes.

The design, the service, the food -- can't recommend it highly enough. Perfect for a date night or something a little special with friends. The Miami ribs are to die for, as is the 100 layer lasagna. The servers are incredibly kind and attentive. The chefs are hard at work (great to watch if your get a chef's table). I even love the washrooms! This place is a solid 5*

Amazing food. Attentive service. Great place to go with a few of your friends and try everything family style. Literally everything on the menu is amazing. I went for a bday gathering and returned in the same week with other friends. Cannot go wrong with this place!

The good:
- very tasty
- lovely space
- good service

The bad:
- small portions
- loud, inappropriate music
- pricey for neighborhood and portion

We were here for lunch on a Saturday. First impressions were very nice interior! Clearly going for more high-end feel. You can tell that from the restroom. Nice soap, hand lotion combination. The space was well decorated and loved the huge window. Gets a lot of light. 

When we settled down on the table, I immediately noticed the inappropriate loud music. N bombs and F words everywhere which were totally against the high-end theme they were trying. Nice little jazz would've suited this place much better. 

The food was actually the best part, lamb chops were great, pasta was tasty but could help but notice the small portions. I mean, it's pasta. The Italians will never allow small portions on pasta. It's just not right!

It does get busy, however I was somewhat disappointed. Because the food is fantastic! But the other things makes this place just 4/5. Just a sight improvement can easily make this place fantastic. 

(Don't lose your chef, he's the reason for your success so far!)

We sat at the bar (not realizing a reservation is totally necessary) which offered a great view of the whole restaurant, including the opportunity to watch the bartender mixing signature cocktails. Every food item that came out somehow perfectly complimented the last despite not being intentionally paired. It’s definitely not everyday you find passion and quality so consistent in every dish served and drink poured. I can’t recommend enough the 100 layer lasagna and flat iron steak. Our stater and dessert equally destroyed my brain. On top of that, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and not over-the-top trendy. If you’re considering eating here, call and book your spot, and show up hungry and thirsty.
