This is a community of 99% seasonal French Canadians, most of whom do not speak any English. Neighbors are not friendly nor amenable. We love our home. We love the cleanliness (second to none) of this community. We don't like the arrogance of the majority of our neighbors. All activities (and there are many) are in French only. Very disappointing.

+ plus community located near a golf couse,  YMCA and other gym facilities.  Within walking distance of shopping stores.  Public transit at the gate.

La Paloma Group owns/maintains nightmare trailer parks that seriously bring down properly values in any neighborhood they are in.when they move in so does crime and drugs. Casa del Monte is an excellent example a rough guess would be 60% of the Sheriff's resources in the district are for Casa del Monte and Tavares cove motorhome parks.
