I paid for a couples deep tissue massage on their website, called and left a voice mail on Monday along with my phone number and never received a call back or a courtesy email the following day to make sure we get a time scheduled for my massage. What good is a voice mail if it, "Gets lost in the mix."? In two days it will be an entire week that has gone by without anyone getting back to me. Luckily my husband was able to get someone to answer the phone today. Let's hope the owner gives us a refund this coming Tuesday.

Everyone was friendly and had a fun relaxing time at the spa. I will definitely be visiting again. Kaitlyn gave a wonderful facial and the massage by Sirina was fantastic.

Less than subpar. Let's start this off by saying that I have had my fair share of spa treatments done, but more often than not I like to treat those that I'm close to to a nice relaxing treatment. The customer service or even basic human considerations at this establishment are less than none. Not only did I not receive any services, I walked away feeling disrespected and I had to pay for it! I booked a spa treatment for a friend who was feeling stressed out. I gave him all of the information and cash for the treatment and a nice tip. When I called to book the appointment they asked that I put a credit card on file. This is pretty standard procedure, but I asked that it wouldn't be charged unless requested, because I had plans to pay in cash just to double check anyway. The receptionist assured me that this wouldn't be a problem and that they really didn't even need the card except for their system to confirm the reservation. Well anyone who has been here knows that it's not exactly an easy location to find, and as it turns out my friend drove around for a good 20-30 minutes trying to find the place. Finally he pulls into a parking space and calls the office location. At this point he is only 10-15 minutes late at most to an hour long appointment that was scheduled. When he called the office the receptionist told him that he was no longer allowed to come in for the appointment, he was considered a no show and that he would be charged the full price for the treatment to the card on file. He tried to reason with her asking that he had still planned to finish at his scheduled time, so they wouldn't be out anything. She refused. She refused to even give him directions to their location. He then asked if he could simply pay them in cash, (for NOTHING I might add), simply to avoid the charge going on the card and she refused this as well. 75% of his appointment time was still available!! I read through their store policies, and it does state that a no-show will be charged in full, but there's quite a difference between a no-show and someone who calls your office and explains that they've been driving in circles trying to find the place. Also, there is no time limit given to state what is classified as a "no-show". Heaven forbid someone hits traffic on the way to an appointment here! You'll be charged full price for absolutely no service plus a heaping helping of disrespect. Now, I'm not one to immediately go about slandering a business, so I got together with him and had him explain the whole situation to me. We then drove together around the location, because I wanted to see how close he was and how difficult it was to find. It is VERY difficult to find their location based on their address alone. And not only that, when he called to get directions he was sitting in the SAME PARKING LOT as their establishment. He was less than a minute from being inside relaxing. So I went online and sent them an EXTENSIVE email explaining my concerns, questioning the clarity of their policies and their "unforgettable spa experience". I was very polite and requested that a manager get back to me at their convenience. I left my phone number and my email. That was over a month ago. I never received even an acknowledgement. As I stated previously, I am not new to the spa world, and I would never wish this sort of experience on my worst enemy. Not only did my stressed out friend leave feeling even more stressed, I was out $80 for absolutely nothing, and we were both disrespected. I don't care what kind of business you're running, this is how you get people to never come back. If you're considering a treatment here, don't. Wouldn't you rather give your business to an establishment that values you as a customer? I certainly would.

This place really sucks. They treated me horribly. Customer service is a big part of a business that they're missing out on.
