Great food and baked goods. Love the atmosphere. Has a family oriented feel. Definitely will recommend for everyone who loves great authentic Mexican food and bread to come by and try it. They also have several locations in different cities.

What a strange experience. I went there for lunch with friend. We were on a road trip and stopped for a quick bite. It's a counter service burrito joint and bakery. (Looked really delicious and I wanted one of everything in a the dessert case.) We ordered two burritos. One with chicken, lettuce and avocado, one with shrimp and avocado. The girl at the register seemed far more confused than was reasonable for two simple burritos. And then we waited....For a long time... Then inquired... Then waited some more. Watching as they were making one other customers burrito over the course of five minutes... Watching as they all stood there looking bored. Then we asked again and they quickly seemed finished and gave us our food. Here's the crazy part... My burrito was okay. Shrimp, check. Avocado, minimal, but check... My friend got no lettuce, no avocado and no chicken!!! Omg.. rice, beans and cheese. Five miles down the road... She wasn't happy :-\

The bread is delicious but man do they need to clean house with some of the employees in the front. So the girl who took my order of the bread was fast and nice. I waited in line to pay. When it was my turn, the girl who attended me at the register had a nose piercing of a flower with a sloppy low pony tail. She was the worst. She skipped me and another customer to ring up a couple that got there after us. When she finished helping them, I asked her if there was a reason she skipped us. She rolled her eyes and said "They were just paying for bread." I told her "So am I." She had the nerve to give out a big sigh and with annoyance said "Well I'm helping you now so what's the problem?" I replied by telling her "Really, you're giving me attitude?" She replied with "You're being rude to me." I really could not believe this. I let her know that her customer service skills really sucked and her attitude was not appreciated. All the employees just stayed staring, but nobody stepped in. Who monitors these employees when the owner is not around?

Rude cashiers, and poor customer service. I understand english, and i overheard two employees talking about a customer in english so he wouldnt understand. They were talking about how he looks. Really?
