Kristen, the owner, is impeccable with her work. She's done my hair several times, and it always exceeds my expectations. I've also worked with her for the past couple of years for photoshoots, and I truly can not say enough good things about her. Seriously....her work speaks for itself.

Worst salon ever. I never recommend going here. Gave them multiple chances and every time the ruin it. They never give you what you want done and mess up the time of appointment. Staff is extremely rude. Never wasting my money again.

After having a few bad experiences at other salons in the area I was pleasantly surprised with La Pomponnee. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxing. Aaron did a wonderful job on my highlights and cut and I walked out very happy. My one negative comment is that when I was there, they were very busy and the stylists had to wait on the sinks as there were only 2 and they seemed to be in constant use. Not too big a deal, but should probably add at least one more since there were 5 or 6 stations.
