The staff treat my cats like their own family. Everyone knows and loves my kitten. When I had him neutered, he spent the night and the wonderful staff took the time to call me and let me know he was recovering well, and also getting lots of love and treats. Reassuring and compassionate. The vets are always patient with my millions of questions. 
Last note- I am a college student scraping by, so I checked everywhere to compare prices. This office was the most affordable local option. 
I look forward to many happy, healthy years of pets at this office!

We have received excellent service but rarely accurate billing.  My spouse and I have one dog and my daughter has 2 and we often bring them all in at one time or maybe 2 at a time. Their billing department always mixes up the dogs.  It is embarrassing to have such poor billing with such great care.  They should consider replacing the person that does the billing or take photos of the dogs and for every line have the picture pop up.  That way they would realize their mistake before bill submission.
