I can appreciate that this is an organization struggling to stay alive in our city but the communication and coordination is lacking. 
I signed up for a swim class that was supposed to start on Sept 11 and got delayed twice from the pool having issues and needing to be fixed.
That said, I mostly had to follow on Facebook and call the Y myself instead of people reaching out to me to let me know what was going on, when to expect things to be fixed, etc. 
The 2nd time the pool was fixed and reportedly opened, I had to call *again* to ask when the class would start and they didn’t know, told me they would call me back and a week later *again* I’m the one calling them for information and my money back after over a month with no class and no information on the class.
