Some products are a little overpriced. Although, I like their food and you don't have to wait to get the food. Employees are not always nice.

Let's start by saying if you don't look Spanish they don't even greet you, the girls are constantly on their phones people are constantly visiting and going behind the counter to say hi and hug and kiss each other very frustrating when there is a line of people trying to cash out. Then you have to pay attention to the prices they have so call sales 2/5 but if you but 1 it's full price. Then if you buy hot soda they charge you $1.59 verses .89 and then tell you to get the cold on. Then they give you $1.04 back, now let's do the math. 1.59 x 2 equals 3.18 and now .89 cents x 2 is 1.78.  now 3.18- 1.78 is 1.40.  The change should of been 37 cents. I know it's not allot but when you get back service misleading deal and people to busy texting instead of servicing the customer that is beyond bad customer service. I shop here very often and it see it all the time. Pretty Richey needs a real Spanish store with real customer services, you give Spanish people a bad name. By the way I am Hispanic

Spanisj Cuban store. Register lady slow. Good buy on meats.
