  I recently visited this nail salon for a French manicure, and I must say they did a decent job! The technician paid attention to detail, and my nails turned out neat and elegant.  While the experience was good overall, I'm giving four stars because there is room for a little improvement in terms of ambiance and customer service. Nonetheless, I'm satisfied with my nails, and I'll likely return for another visit. If you're looking for a reasonably priced nail salon that does a solid French manicure, this place is worth a try! These pics were taken the day of my manicure 10/15/23. Joe started my manicure. He had a shaky hand and I believe that is why he didn’t go up to the cuticle.  The color did not match and when I said it didn’t match the sample nail he caught an attitude and got nasty and loud with me because he had already completed the first coat.  Once I saw the color did not darken w the second coat, it was clear it wasn’t going to match the nail sample.  Once he got loud w me, I looked back and simply announced that I would have to talk to someone else bc he was being nasty and disrespectful towards me. Cathy then very simply fixed the color by putting a darker color on top but then the rest of it was all rushed.  You can clearly see there is still cuticle / dryness  around a couple of my nails.  After dropping 52 dollars plus tip in here, I’m disappointed on how it was handled.  When I tried to say I was unhappy w it looking grown out already, it was explained away w something about the top looking bumpy if it was too close to the cuticle.  I know that’s not true bc I’ve seen fresh gel manicures before and they start at the base of the cuticle. The work is simply unacceptable especially for the high cost of nail services in NJ and the customer service is sub par.  More should have been done to fix this; especially after having a male staff member raise his voice at me. I’m sure I was blown off bc it got really busy.  In that case, they could have offered to fix it at a later time or been discounted.  I’d be willing to give this place another chance but would be very specific about who would work on me bc my pedicure was pretty good.  I wouldn’t say stay away from this place but I’d definitely stay far far away from Joe.

Cathy is the best! She’s quick, professional, welcoming, and does a perfect job every time! Can’t forget how much we enjoy seeing her pup Cupid!

Cathy is very segregated among her customers. You’ll book appointment and in the middle of your nails, she’ll tell you to get up cos she wants to do another’s she deem more important! Since she was rash, my nails was messy and chipping off, don’t go there if you don’t want to be treated as an outcast cos of your skin.

I got my nails done yesterday 7/19/23 and within 24 hours they were ruined and look so unprofessional. I paid $50 and it's not about the money but look at the work they did and the lady who was doing my nails was so ignorant and rude, never going back.

My wife only goes to Princess Nail. Cathy, the owner, is a sweetheart and an amazing artist also. She always does a great job on my wife's nails, and I go on occasion. Cathy is very friendly and reasonable with her pricing...

The best ever. This is the first place I know that treat your nails and make it beautiful and lasts as long as a month.  Their love and service is the best ever. They pamper you like you are the only customer they have.

The best gel mani and pedi I've had since I moved here from Staten Island. Plus the staff is great. M-Kathy is amazing!  So glad I don't have to travel to s.i. to get my nails done anymore.

I was not happy with my service at all the guy who did my nails was not listening to what I wanted and he did my nails in a very bad weird shape, I guess I’ll never come back here again waste of money
