I was recommended to stay here by a friend, who had good things to say about the hotel. However my stay was not so fantastic, the bathtub in my room (209) if I recall had the white costing chipping off which left the fiberglass tub exposed, the TV in the room couldn't be turned off and constantly had a moon over the water playing on it, so I had to unplug it. The wind whistling outside the window was very annoying. And the AC unit would start making a very disturbing noise randomly.

Spoke with a "Nancy" when setting up an over night stay, she was very helpful, kind, and had an awesome personality to deal with. upon check in it was a pleasure to find "Nancy" at the desk, and again just an awesome experience, she was welcoming and helpful through the process. You have an asset in this wonderful lady. It is due to Nancy I will sure be back next time I need to stay in the Milford area. Thank You for an enjoyable process.

I've never stayed there but I'm a local who has enjoyed their continental breakfast (with a guest who was staying there). Their staff were kind and friendly and the food selection was fairly good. Can't comment on anything else.

I made a reservation for one overnight. When I called the morning of our arrival to ask for an early check-in, the staff member at the front desk was very courteous and accommodating. Everyone was friendly throughout our stay...service was great. However, the hotel itself was rather run down and not the cleanest. The building is definitely in need of a renovation. All in all, our experience was above average and I would stay there again.

I'm only giving one star because of the check in woman was very nice to my daughter and wife and had a conversation about her daughter and how smart she was. ANYWAY, when we got into our room the toilet was running and making the most annoying noise then took about 20 minutes to send someone up with a plunger to come check on the noise for us. Breakfast was very minimal which is fine but I've had better but for the price you pay for the room I guess it's what you should expect. My wife who is allergic to cream went downstairs at around 4pm to ask the gentleman at the front desk for some milk for her coffee that you are able to make along with hot cocoa in the area where breakfast is served in the morning. The man who's name was Alex told her no he couldn't give her milk as it was not breakfast time. This has NEVER happened to us at a hotel before she's ALLERGIC to cream as she proceeded to tell him again and he proceeded t repeat no she could not have milk so she instead had a cup of orange juice from the machine that was there that dispensed orange and apple juice. Which he later charged us $6 for. It was very crazy and later on he called the police on us in front of our 11 year old daughter because I called him a jerk. When the cops arrived they just laughed at him. This whole experience was just ridiculous and I can't believe it even happen. I will never stay at this or any La Quinta locals again.
