Clean as a whistle! Surprised at the attention to detail. Bed was super comfortable (pillow top), dreamy pillows and exceptionally nice linens and towels. TV and WI-DO had great connections. Breakfast selections were fresh & plentiful. Shuttle was on time and check out fast and easy. I'd recommend this hotel to any picky person,it was superb! Returned here on our trip back home from Fla since it was 2 a.m. Good thing we made reservations on our layover in Atlanta. ..place was booked solid upon our arrival! Glad to see this franchise is thriving.

Picture is better then the hotel. That being said it's still a swanky establishment. The front desk and shuttle drivers are amazing and always on point. They could lower the shower heads down a little bit but all in all. I will be returning.

Comfortable and quiet. The staff was excellent and made us feel very welcome for our short stay. Nice perks included a good breakfast (starting in the 4 am hour on a weekend) and a free shuttle to the nearby airport. Would stay here again!

Not clean at all. The two ladies at the dest did everything they possibly could to take care of the guests but no rooms ready because of a very unorganized housekeeping staff. Someone needs to look at management because that has to be where the problem lies. I know from past experience that they have a new manager there like every two months for the last few years. Maybe the problem lies in upper management. I have actually seen with my own eyes mouse droppings where the breakfast is kept and served.

This in is a older property. They have kept up with it fairly well. There are some areas and rooms that have a light mildew smell however there is no mildew showing where I was. Some of this is probably just due to age. The location was clean and the breakfast even though other locations do offer more does have adequate options. I have stayed at this location more than one time for business when flying out of Pittsburgh and would do so again on a one evening basis.
