Reviews

Stay began a little shaky with a massive down pour and leaking in our room. This was due to damage caused by a recent hurricane and the down pour had been the most significant rain received since. The hotel been over backwards to move us to a room in the same floor with the same view and made she we were satisfied. Room is clean and comfortable at a great price. Also allows pets without requiring a fee. This is our second time staying here and will most certainly not be the last!

Nice hotel in this price range! Beautiful beach side view, nice personal! We arrived at 10pm with kids and they knew that kids wish to go to the pool no matter on time and it was no problem! Next day we need to extended the room stay for extra hour and it was no problem! And no extra charge!!! Realy nice stuff! Recommended!!!

Although this is an older hotel, the room has been updated and was very clean.  Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.  Elite status had already upgraded us to a oceanfront room when we got there.  The view was great and we had a balcony.  Only steps from the beach.

Stayed here the night before a cruise and would stay again. It's located right along the beach with the pier is just a short walk away. 

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were staying at the tail end of the slow season, and were even upgraded to a room with an ocean view, which was wonderful to watch the sunrise and the ships in the morning.

Our room was clean and modern with wood laminate floors and granite counter tops. The vanity in the bathroom and the coffee/fridge area were quite small, which made it difficult for 4 people to get ready in the morning. The rest of the room was a decent size and included a balcony.

Continental breakfast is included, the selection was okay, but nothing to get excited about. The breakfast serving and seating area is very small and I could see it becoming an issue during the busy season. As it was, we had difficulty finding a seat inside, but luckily the pool and porch area offers tables tucked back among the trees and we ate back there. It was a nice area with a small water feature.

It's all about the staff at our hotel in Canaveral/Cocoa Beach Florida
We have been staying at this wonderful hotel as a result of of a house fire and couldn't be more grateful for the way the staff has treated us. We have been made to feel like Family and that goes for the entire staff from housekeeping to management​. This hotel staff should put on a clinic for other hotels & hospitality establishments​ to follow. We're I to choose a hotel on the Florida Space Coast, I would not hesitate to select this facility for my Family vacation in this area. In addition to the phenomenal location adjacent to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, the hotel is the real deal ocean front. The full hot breakfast buffet is inclusive of the room rate and presents an overall value for ones vacation consideration. I simply cannot endorse this hotel and staff strongly enough, both my wife and I will miss the hotel and the wonderful staff once we check out of the hotel. Do not miss the La Quinta Inn & Suites here at the Canaveral/Cocoa Beach location.
