Great beds and bathrooms.  My room was in fantastic condition.  Awesome continental breakfast.  My only complaint is that I could hear everything happening in the halls as other guests arrived.  With more sound proof doors, it'd be perfect.

Stayed here a few weeks back for Antelope season. Came back for Elk and stayed at another hotel with the same rating but a little cheaper. Big mistake. You definitely get what you pay for. Professional, clean, huge modern rooms, newly remodeled, great breakfast included. Wish we had stayed here instead. Best place to stay in Ely.

I usually stay here once a yr. It is nice because it is new. It is not clean enough for me. I believe the maids do not do a very good job. My sink faucet and mirror still had the prior guests paste splatter all over it. I feel like the maid came in and restocked changed the beds picked up the garbage and straightened up a bit and left. I do not feel that the bathroom was cleaned properly. The wood floor as you come in needed to be swept and wiped up. If the maids did a proper job the stay would of been very nice. The front desk is nice and helpful and the continental breakfast is very nice.

Very friendly staff.  Immaculate room.  Good selection of tasty breakfast items to suit most appetites.  Our 2nd stay in a week based on initial visit.  We'll stay here again next time we come through.

After a long day of driving and inept customer service experienced at a local fast food, we were greeted with great smiles and courtesy. They made sure we had adequate room and security for our large uhaul truck. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, great employees, cookies at 6.
