I've stayed at this hotel several times and I'm currently writing this while in a room at this hotel. The staff has been friendly for the most part. It's a unique and beautiful hotel and it's clean. The reason I give 3 stars is because 1) my room stinks. Like I've been in the room for two days now and have sprayed it down with Febreeze and it still stinks. I asked for a different room but was told this was my only option. 2) Since I stay out of town so much due to business there are times when I have important documents I need to fax. I just went downstairs and asked if they could fax something for me. The lady told me that their machine is down. No big deal except I've never had this problem with any other hotel and the same thing happened when I was here a month ago. So apparently their fax machine has been down for over a month. 
In conclusion I say that this is a decent hotel but you might have a stinky room and good luck if you need to fax something.

Professional, courteous staff. Reasonable rates. Clean, well appointed room. In my opinion, one of the best motels av available.

Very nice and clean. The free hot breakfast was pretty good. Over all very good place.

Stopped at location with reservations and the room WAS NOT what I was told over the phone, NO WHERE NEAR what I was told. The desk clerk cancelled the room and advised me she would let the manager know. FOUR(4) months later I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY POINTS ADDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.11,000pts. Have called SEVERAL times and always got told the mgr was busy.I would leave my name and number,with NO CALL BACKS.

Very nice accommodations and was great that it was pet friendly. While renovations were clearly underway inside, they did not hinder our experience. Would stay again and recommend to any other pet owners looking for a great place.
