My family and I stayed at this hotel this weekend and it was the worse experience ever!!!! If I could rate it a 0 I would. It all stated during our check in the young lady working the front desk was super drunk you could smell alcohol on her breath she couldn't find our reservation & then it took her an hour to check us in because she continued to stop and talk to her wife & to top it off she continued to give other guest keys to our room. Once we finally got to our room we had no hot water, when asking what could be done she changed our rooms and that room had such a bad odor we just stayed in the room that had no hot water because our child can't handle smell very well. So we finally get settled into our room go to bed and wake up to bed bug bites, we knew it was bed bugs because my girlfriend is horribly allergic, when speaking to the front desk we were told they look like mosquito bites and our complaints were all ignored. Being that it was the holiday weekend finding a new hotel was impossible to find. When returning from a day out and hoping for a better night experience it ended being worse my girlfriend was bitten several more time but this time her whole body was swollen and red. When going to the front desk again with pictures of her body I was told they don't have bed bugs and that they were mosquito bites. Needless to say I will be reporting this to whom ever I need to because the service was horrible & the cleanliness was the worse. This review is just to make sure no one ever has to experience this with their family

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven.  com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Stayed here for 4 days so I could be close to the St. Luke Baptist Hospital for visiting purposes. It was very clean, very nice decor and cozy. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Had a great breakfast in a room looking outside at the pool and patio area with Palm trees. Staff was super and helpful. I will stay any time I visit the area in the future.

Stayed here for 4 days so I could be close to the St. Luke Baptist Hospital for visiting purposes. It was very clean, very nice decor and cozy. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Had a great breakfast in a room looking outside at the pool and patio area with Palm trees. Staff was super and helpful. I will stay any time I visit the area in the future.

The hotel was nice and clean. Entryway was very inviting and large. The rooms are clean and well kept. Overall good experience. Cant think of anything bad to say but nothing to brag about.

Friendly service, very clean building and nice surroundings. Breakfast was well prepared and was even ready when I got there early. Room was nice and clean, and overall had a very pleasant experience.
