Friendly front of house staff, however I had some qualms with the room. Every room is non-smoking which they stress, which is great... Yet I walked into my room, the window was open, and it smelled like I walked into a serial smokers car. My nose never got used to it. The bed was also not as comfy as I'd like but everyone has their own preference. Other than that, the room was clean, they had a nice breakfast buffet, and it was quiet.

It was decent but not worth the price at all. Doesn't have a microwave, fridge, or coffee maker so for $120 a night!? I'm good. It was pretty outdated too. The outlet by the bed didn't even work so had to charge phone on the other side of the room. Room was way too crowded and had an awkward layout with its large and disorganized furniture. Since pets were apparently allowed, I kept hearing barking all throughout the night from the room next door. Also the bed was rather too firm. On the plus side there is a guest laundry room and also the room provides Pantene shampoo and conditioner.

The rooms were clean and customer service at the front desk when we checked in exceeded our expectations. Did not like the fact that there were no rooms available for those who smoke. Hot breakfast provided that day was biscuits and gravy with ham. Although the Crock-Pot and warmers were on...the food was cold. There was a variety of other options for breakfast which was still satisfying without the biscuits and gravy. We would visit again if ever in the area

A decent spot to spend a night when visiting Visalia. Clean rooms, decent breakfast (although check out the Fresh Farms Bowls a block away!), and great location. The walls are a little thin and the front desk couldn't procure a corkscrew, but otherwise a pleasant place to crash. We didn't hit up the pool, but they do have one. We'd stay again if back in town.

Reasonably priced hotel with decent access to Sequoia National park. I'd strongly recommend not touching the hot tub. Wife had a rash for more than a week after spending just a few minutes in it.
