Rotten Business. $500 Expensive.They attempted to fix my sewer. 5 Days later it acted up again and they said, they would charge me to come back to finish the job. I was mad and the woman was a "B" She talks to you like a 5th grader. SO I bought my own Sewer Auger and cleared it up no problems. I do all my neighbors for free too. Its so easy, you can also rent them at Home Depot. Trust me its really easy. Plenty of Women and Men doing You Tube vids on it. I have done this many times. This company is a huge scam, will do zero clean up, and track your house full of "S#%t".

First time I called. Toilets were clogged and my bathtub was over flowing.
They fixed it and had me pay about $400.
Sense then they've been here four or five times. I've asked multiple times for them to fix the piping.
They said they did, obviously not.. each time La Roche's was here they were paid
close to $400 each time. 
Not to mention they swear at me, throw there cigarette butts all over, don't take off there shoes
and drag the mud from outside all over through the house, just completely disrespectful.

We've had to call La Roche's twice in the last year for unrelated drain problems.  They came out right away and promptly identified the problem both times.  This was particularly helpful when the situation involved sewage water backing up into our basement, a problem they solved the same day.  I highly recommend them.

Originally Laroches came to my house to unclog what my Daycare kids clogged (paper towels too much tp ect..).  Ever since they left my toilets have actually been over flowing and flooding my 2nd level and into my basement.  When they were here the first time, in 4 years, my toilet would clog but never overflow; since they left to toilet water fills the entire house with sewer water causing hundreds of dollars in damage to my basement ceiling, floors, and wood trim.  They originally charged me $295.00; I was told it could be as low as $175 if it was a simple clog which I would consider to be a simple clog since I knew where it was clogged… Now they want to charge me for them to come and look at it again with this issue of the toilets over flowing…..  Over priced and they do not stand behind their business.

The people that came out were knowledgeable and professional -- no problems there, but the fee they charged is ridiculous, over $500/hr for just their labor.
