La Rosa Realty has a agent called Yan Zhang, she is very unprofesional, waste a lot time and very disrespectful.

I was going to rent an apartment, and she was the agent, it took us more than two weeks in the paperwork, because she forgot papers or not reviews the papers, then we had to sign and send the papers again.

After we signed the contract and paid all money, two days before we moved to the apartment, she tells us that the application is DENIED and we should look another property.

Then we had to stay two weeks in a hotel with our furniture in a storage paying
