Staff was very rude while I attempted to make a payment. They have terrible customer service and tell their customers wrong information in order to get more money out of them.

Be careful with patty that works there she will do whatever it takes to take your money away from you. Trust me it happen to me and I had to threaten to sue them in order to get my money back. Be very aware of this place!"

I think that a lie !!!! Mark Smith. Patty, sold me a policy and she is the BEST!!! i dont have to ask for more. She gave me the BEST price ever and the customer service is great... Nothing bad to say about that place at all...

I'm currently a customer for LA's Auto Insurance. I deeply regret getting my auto insurance from this place because I was told my monthly payments were going to be $30.00 a month but soon it was increase to $49.00 for no apparent reason. I've been contacting the representatives for the past two months to get this problem fixed but no changes have been made to my policy, even after they reassured me that they already solved the problem. The customer service sucks and not worth the $256+ I gave as a down payment.
