Possibly the best food and dinner experience in Lake Charles (without question in the top three).  Truly fine dining in our city.

As a longtime foodie - this is absolutely the best restaurant in Lake Charles. The duck confit was crispy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside with a perfect sauce. My tenderloin was like butter and could be cut with a fork. The vegetable medley and demiglace were wonderful. Wine list was superb - we had a Rombauer chardonnay which paired perfectly with my wife's dish - jumbo lump crab over puff pastry and the best spinach salad in town.  Service is exceptional yet unobtrusive.  The live piano, violin, and vocals by the Chester Daigle group made our evening perfect. We finished up with creme brulee and coffee.

This is fine dining at it's best. We have lived or travelled to Las Vegas, California,  New York, Montreal, New Orleans, and many other places so we have tried  lots of nice restaurants all over. This was truly an overall great experience. We've been here several times, service is excellent, food tastes heavenly, drinks made to order, no complaints. There is always smooth music playing in the background. I've had the Dover sole two times with a buttery sauce and if I had to choose my last meal... This would be the one! I will definitely be back, even if I move away.

One of the best fine-dining experiences in the world. The service is top quality, friendly, and will remind you of downton abbey. You can expect the same high quality each time. Very consistent. They are happy to cater to any food allergy.
