I called and easily scheduled a gel mani and regular pedicure with my Groupon exactly for the day & time I needed. Anna was great. She started me early and was a true perfectionist and professional. I love my perfectly pink nails!  Holding up great for a week so far of swimming every day on vacation!!  Anna was very nice to converse with. Thank you.

I would have given 0 starts if there would have been any option to. Be aware people who are planning to purchase any group on. You wont get the appointment but will have to wait on the phone line for hours and then will be treated the worst way one can be. You will surely feel humiliated after calling there ppl. THEY SUCK BIG TIME.

Bought a Groupon. Called several times and each time was put on hold. Tried a few days later, again put on hold again. I told them I did not want to be put on hold, and was put on hold AGAIN. I asked for the manager and she in her voice didnt seem happy and was totally rushing me on the phone. Just all over, not a great feeling. The front desk speaks for the salon. How can they acrute new clients if you cant even get through to the salon. So before I 
lost  my cool on the phone, I had to excuse myself and ended the call with the front desk manager. Hope this doesn't speak for how my hair will turn out?

Be sure to read their Groupon closely if you want to purchase one. Apparently I can't use mine at all because I've gotten facials there. Guess I'll find somewhere else to go. Also, waited a while to even speak to someone and she was super quick to hang up on me!  Why have a groupon if you won't let people use it?
