My true rating is zero. I ordered a recliner on November 2. I finally got a call on December 26 that my recliner was ready and to call the store to arrange a delivery date. I called the store and found out that my recliner is apparently lost. I’ve called several times and each time the manager tells me how diligently he’s been working on it, trying to find my recliner. It’s January 15th and it’s still lost. The manager doesn’t even call to let me know what’s happening.  I paid  $1800 and I have nothing. I don’t want my money back, I just want my recliner.  They could have made a new one by now.

After having looked with other competitors for the perfect size recliner for my husband, I'm so happy we chose La-Z-Boy. We found a representative immediately, he was very informative, polite & attentive. The showroom gallery was beautiful & we will have the recliner delivered by the end of the week. Thank You La-Z-Boy ❤️

Great staff that works with you to make sure you get what you want.  LA-Z-Boy prices are not the cheapest, but the quality makes up for it 10x.  Get the Ultra Shield care plan on anything custom made.

My wife Bobbie & I had a wonderful  time looking for the proper reliner rocker that we wanted. Thanks to Darlene she found the chair that we wanted. She is very   professional and a great asset to La-Z-Boy.  Sincerily, Dick & Bobbie
