I paid a lot for the pieces I purchased, and La-Z-Boy stood by their warranty when the fabric started to fray just months after purchasing.  The 3 pieces were totally replaced (different fabric, though.)  Then when one of the new love seats developed a problem, the technician worked on it until it was perfect.  I really consider saleswoman, Deb, an asset to La-Z-Boy as well as the technician who was extremely nice & very knowledgeable!  I would recommend La-Z-Boy!  Thank You!

Jayne was so helpful and knowledgeable.  She knew exactly how to find the right sofa for me.  I’m very impressed with the service.  Can’t wait for my new sofa to be delivered!

My husband and I have always been fans of the quality products La-z-boy has to offer. We were impressed with their selection and stylish options. Our salesperson, Deb, helped us choose the perfect accent pillows to make our chair 'pop' and coordinate with our other furniture. They stand by their products and are American made.

We met with Mark, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He listened to our needs and directed us to several options. He patiently worked with us as we bounced between sectionals and sofas. Once we picked our sofa he helped us pick our fabric. He reminded us to consider everything, including wall and carpet colors. We were there for more than an hour and at no time felt pressured to make a decision.
