Purchased a customized floral arrangement for a friend

This place didn’t even have the decency to deliver it.
Said it was against store policy to go out and knock on the door.

Paid them 150.00 for this, plus 12.00 for delivery.
The owner said the streets were snowy and just couldn’t go out to the place..

Called to order flowers and was told they don't deliver after noon and they  asked if someone could pick them up. Why would I call for delivery if I could pick them up myself. They wouldn't  deliver the next day either because they had a wedding. If you don't fit in to their schedule you're out of luck people. I wouldn't bother......

A wonderful floral design business! Remey, the owner, is so sweet, caring and extremely creative. I love visiting her lovely shop. I've always been delighted with the flowers I've given or received from Labellum.

We had Remy and her team do our daughter's flowers at her wedding on June 3, 2017 in Bozeman, MT and Gallatin River Hideaway. Wow! Her flowers and arrangements were beautiful. The bouquets were stunning. Remy was so easy to work with and made any changes we requested. We would highly recommend Labellum!

I love this place.  Remy is wonderful and very artistic with her arrangements.  I am blessed to get them from my sweetheart and everyone always asks where they came from.  This is a wonderful and locally owned business whose owners work hard to make sure the value is received by each and every customer.
