As of tonight, LA Bite is owned & run by "Grubhub for Work". LA Bite was a 5 star service. My 1 star is for the new Grubhub for Work. First, I had challenges getting logged in. Then once I did, all my LA Bite info was there, which was great. The promised coupon for my first order came much later & there was nothing to tell me to wait. Ok, fine. After I placed my order is where the real trouble began. Our order came well after an hour & was wrong & cold. The phone number on my receipt was to a Grubhub office that was closed. Online, the chat services said "all chatters where busy" so I tried the email from the website. They couldn't help because the order number was invalid. I found another phone number online, but it was to GrubHub & the person trying to help had zero clue what is going on. Again, my order number was invalid. They tried & were very nice about everything. But had to Google what was going on. They gave me a phone number, but it was the one I had already tried. I finally got someone on chat & they offered me a refund. They apologized & said the transition had just started. I asked what of LA Bite would remain & was transferred with no warning to another chatter. After waiting for someone to come on for about 10 minutes, I left my feedback & closed out. Only once was an order wrong with LA Bite & they called the driver before offering a refund. We got the missing item so fast. I will no longer be using this service. The sale occured last year & Grubhub clearly didn't prepare. And if Grubhub doesn't have the common decency to let their employees know what's going on, then I want nothing to do with them.

LAbite works well with everything from small orders for me at home to catering orders for over 100 people at my office. I will never order with any other delivery service again. Their customer service is top notch

Unbelievably bad delivery service. I've had multiple delivery times in excess of 90 minutes. Their tracking system does nothing but beg questions like "why has my driver been waiting at the restaurant for 45 minutes when the restaurant received my order over 30 minutes ago?"

Marty, I believe she is a Manager, she was superb! Her customer service is simply outstanding and she is the reason why I continue to utilize LAbite, even after a bad experience. Thank you for knowing how to take care of your customers, Marty.
