I am a young mom of two with tons of medical issues. I applied for disability when I was 18 and got denied so I went back to work until I couldn’t anymore. I got let go of my job when I was 25/26 and decided to get an attorney. They collected all of the information needed from me and they sent out to get my medical records. After several months I hadn’t heard anything and it was due to someone new starting. They called me back immediately and told me I had been granted benefits. I was on the phone in tears with the lady who was helping because it meant my husband didn’t have to work non stop and that I can rest my body and not kill my self from working while so sick so I can watch my children grow up. I now have tubes in my stomach and a central line as my condition progressed at that point and I’m so grateful that They helped me and gave me one major Less thing to worry about..we did not even have to go to court. I recommend Labovick Labovick and Diaz to anyone local who asks for recommendations on a attorney to apply for disability. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

Elizabeth Seemann and Ornelia Pruner did a wonder job in helping me apply for and obtain Social Security Disability.  The were always available and answered questions promptly. I am an investigator who works with many attorneys,I recently had Mr. Labovicks firm handle my 
claim for social security disability and was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism
of his staff and Mr. Labovick himself! Whatever concerns I had were answered promptly by either one of the paralegals or an attorney who were working on my case, a rarity in the legal field. I highly 
recommend Labovick and Labovick and I will use them again for any legal matters in the future.

I recently called regarding a new social security case. I received my first denial and called this firm hoping to hire an attorney. My phone call went like this. I spent 10 minutes giving information to a call center where the women appeared to using a script; in addition, the reception was not the best. I felt like I was talking to a Comcast rep oversees. I was then transferred to a Jesica who never identified herself. I actually had to ask her who she was. You could tell Jesica was a young girl by the tone of her voice which of course is no big deal except she spoke so low it was hard to hear her. I wasn't getting good vibes from this law firm so I said to Jessica that I would seek another firm for representation and she hung up on me. Morale of the story, trust your instincts.
