We have grown from a small neighborhood drugstore to a modern pharmacy, offering a full line of prescription drugs and healthcare products, while never losing our friendly down home service. We've made it our goal to meet the special healthcare needs of our customers quickly, completely and confidentially.

Greatest team ever! Haven't been in a real "neighborhood" pharmacy since I was a child. So not used to the personal connection due to using the big chain retailers. All of my prescriptions are here now.

You can't beat Lacey's in Acworth!  The staff there is amazing.  They treat you with respect and care.  Most national brand pharmacies nowadays treat you like a number, or worse, a head of cattle!  The pharmacists there are great and really know their stuff!  I love that you can call anytime they are open and get a real live human being on the phone!!!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE MARIETTA LOCATION ONLY!!!!! 

My mom was referred to this pharmacy by her physical therapist for compression hose.  The experience was awful, the compression hose came back too long, they did not bother measuring length of the leg.  On top of that they failed to mention that a device is needed to put the hose on when they were ordered and sold me a stocking donner/butler for an extra $25 the box was open and I had to ask for an unopened box.  The person working the desk said they had a free tool but those were reserved for a specific doctor, I hope they can maintain their business with patients from that one doctor.  Also they would not demonstrate how to put on the hose - "the instructions are in the box". I will not use them again. 

I made sure to provide the details of my visit to the physical therapist so that they can stop sending people over there.

I used this store 2 times. I had to buy a brace for me rest the first time and someone helped with no problem.

Earlier this week I called to see if my meds were ready. No one answered and there isn't a good feature for someone to eventually answer. I go there after work with 2 small kids thinking I could go to the drive up window. Nope! That doesn't work, it's just for show. I get in and the entire time there is not one single smile from the 2 people I had to deal with. I had to contact my Dr office AGAIN and tell them the issue with my meds. The Dr office called Lacey Drugs then called me back.  The Dr office said she got the same service as I did and never had that experience. She said they normally have a good relationship with them as to why my Dr office referred me. The Dr office is now reviewing the benefit of partnering with Lacey Drugs.

They had my prescription since 8/3 until yesterday 8/24 and did anything with it. I didn't get a call not did the Dr notifying us of their new "issue" that they never had in the past with this prescription. I took my prescription to my normal CVS within 30 mins they called and told me Mon I can pick up my meds. Not one issue!!
