I am surprised these guys have anything but the best ratings.  In my line of work I deal with insurance companies all the time.  Most of those interactions are painful, at best.  I was very picky about where I would do business and Lacher and Associates have never let me down.  I have been a customer for many years and recommend them to anyone who asks.  I have met Mark Lacher in person, and he is a genuinely nice person.  Many people in a position such as his become very self important, not Mark.  Do business with confidence.
